If you’ve received an incorrect order, our support team is happy to assist. To help us investigate, please gather the following documentation:
- Photos of the shipping box you received, with the shipping label clearly visible
- Photos of all items included in the box
- Photos of any packing slips included in the shipment
Once you have these details, please reach out to Puffco Support and include the documentation. In some cases, your correct order may still be in transit. If not, our team will work quickly to get a replacement sent out to you.
